4. Use the volume buttons to navigate through the menu and highlight “Wipe data/factory reset.”

5. Press the Power button to confirm your selection.

6. Navigate to “Yes” using the volume buttons and confirm with the Power button to initiate the factory reset.

7. Once the process is complete, select “Reboot system now” to restart your device.
